CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are running late, I ask you to give me a heads up! If you are more than 10 minutes late, I will have to cancel and reschedule your appointment. I understand things come up, and you may need to cancel. I allow the freedom + flexibility to cancel or reschedule your appointment up until 12 hours before. Less than 12 hours before will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No shows & will be charged a 100% cancellation fee & will be banned from booking. If you’re 10+ minutes late past appointment time you will be charged 100% of your appointment time. Thank you for your understanding 🤍
